We are often asked how we ship our artworks and whether we can be sure that they will reach the recipient undamaged. A legitimate question, since each piece (unless it is an edition) is unique and therefore irreplaceable! Here we can say for sure that we do everything to ensure safe transportation.

Standard delivery of paintings is calculated upon ordering and depends on the choice of country, weight and dimensions of the box.

Return policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, according to which a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be primarily attributed to either his commercial or his independent professional activity:

You have the right to cancel this contract within 20 days without giving any reason. The period for cancellation is 20 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier appointed by you took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at e-mail: irina.tsypilova@gmail.com - of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged a fee for this refund. We have the right to refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for the loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functionality.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not finished products and for the production of which the individual choice or decision of the consumer is decisive or which clearly correspond to the personal needs of the consumer. Related/Financed Transactions If you finance this agreement with a loan and then withdraw it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both agreements form an economic unit. This is particularly true if we are also your creditor or if your creditor uses us to obtain financing. If the loan has already been repaid to us at the time of termination or return of the goods, your creditor will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of termination or return. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you wish to avoid contractual obligations as much as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also terminate the loan agreement if you also have a right of withdrawal in this regard.
